What are your packages?
We have four packages. Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum Wedding Packages
Do you photograph alone or do you have a team?
We always have two photographers to cover a wedding event. If you select a package that includes video, there will also be two videographers.
We love your style but we're getting married in Spain. Would you still be able to shoot our wedding?
Yes, we would love to. We travel across Europe for wedding bookings. While you can avail of any promotions we may be having at time of booking, there will, however, be some travel fees applied.
Do we get .raw files?
Simply put, no, you do not receive .raw files.
Can we only book the photography but not the videography?
Yes. Our services can be booked separately or as a full package. You can choose our photography-only package or videography-only package to cover your wedding.
We would like to order a wedding album and other add-on products. Can we order those at a later date?
Yes, you can. However, choosing a wedding package which includes the add-on products you like will be more cost-efficient in the end for you.
Can our family and friends gift us your photographic products?
You can add the whole wedding package of your choice to your wedding registry or just single add-on products. If you've selected to do a wedding registry in lieu of personal gifts, guests can purchase a certain amount to the wedding package you have chosen. Essentially, a group of friends, for example, can come together and purchase the Platinum Wedding Package as a wedding gift to you. It may be exactly what you wanted, making their gift more meaningful to you.
We were gifted one of your add-on products as a wedding gift, how do we claim it?
We will let you know whenever a product has been gifted to you. For stand-alone add-ons like engagement sessions, etc., please contact us to set a date for the session. For other things like wall art, after the wedding, once all the images have been professionally edited, you will receive a shareable digital online album where you will be able to select against an add-on product. Any shipping and delivery costs are charged separately.
We're not a pose-y couple, we prefer candids. Is that something you can accommodate?
We like candids too. For this, we can choose a beautiful spot and just let you enjoy a moment while we photograph in the background.
We never know what to do when we're being photographed but we don't want to look "posed". How can you help us?
Posing you does not have to mean you look "posed." We can suggest and guide you with movement and body language so that you look relaxed in your official portraits.
What is the difference between an engagement photo session VS a video session?
An engagement photo session will take you through a few beautiful spots where we will take your photos together. These can then be treasured as wall art for many years to come. Whereas a video session will normally stick to a storyline and you will be filmed according to your story (discussed at an earlier meeting). Past clients have showcased their engagement short film at the start of their wedding reception before they enter the venue as newlyweds.
Do you have a payment schedule and which forms of payment do you accept?
We take a non-refundable deposit of €500 or 1/3 of total investment at time of booking. This guarantees our services for your wedding date by marking it as booked in our calendar. No other bookings will be accepted for that date. Full payment must be made at least three (3) months prior to wedding date. We accept cash, direct bank transfers, and Paypal.
How long for product delivery?
Although we do our best to deliver your images as soon as possible, product delivery is generally between 4-8 weeks after the shoot date.
